Before we talk about what products to take, there are three important issues related to weight loss that must first be understood. Doing these three things will make whatever supplements you take much more effective.

First: Drink Water: Many times when you think you are hungry, you are not, you are actually thirsty. Drinking a glass of water will often satisfy your ‘hunger’.

Second: Eat smaller portions: Better you eat six small portions of food in a day than two or three large ones. This way the body knows it will be getting food but not have too much to process at one time.

Third: Walk: Yes, we all know about the need for exercise and none is better than simply taking a walk. Make walking as fundamental a part of your day as taking a shower and brushing your teeth. If it’s new for you, start slowly, walk ten minutes today, fifteen tomorrow and build up to a daily walk of 35 – 45 minutes.
