Many people have asked me what I take day to day. Being a fan of the KISS principle (keep it simple sweetheart) and healthy guts I have a few things I regularly use and a few others intermittently. I also regularly change brands because, just like the mind the body adapts, unlike the mind the body likes change.

The ‘never leave home without’ list is to cover the basics for traveling, eating out and simple first aid needs.
