Sleep Support

While there are discussions galore about how much sleep to get, our interest is not so much in the quantity but in the quality. I care about how deeply you sleep and how refreshed you are when you wake up, not how many hours you get. We have kicked many a tv out of the bedroom for the simple reason that while the drone of helps you fall asleep the electronic process of it is exactly opposite to the process of sleep. It is important to have at least 30 minutes between any electronic device and putting your head on the pillow. Reading in bed is fine.
